The U.S. government is sending everyone $600 as part of stimulus package to get the economy going again. What can you do with the money? Text from DJCline.com.

1. At four dollars a gallon, you can buy a 150 gallons of gasoline. That is enough to drive to Washington and complain in person.

2. Buy a really nice tent that your family can live in after you lose your house.

3. Buy more Bear Stearns stock.

4. Buy 600 lottery tickets and pray.

5. Buy one month of health insurance coverage and be treated for stress by a doctor for not having coverage the other eleven months of the year.

6. Buy a refrigerator and donate it for a tax credit, then live in the box it came in.

7. Buy ten big bags of rice to survive a speculator induced famine.

8. Pay off a credit card bill. Okay, part of one.

9. A good pair of shoes for the whole family. You will all be walking before this is over.

10. Make a political campaign contribution to a candidate of your choice. Preferably one who knows that $600 doesn’t go very far these days.
