NBC-TV’s remake of Quantum Leap, only he has a real job and family. It also borrows heavily from the book The Time Traveller’s Wife. The hero is a Bay Area writer who bounces around time and flirts with his dead girlfriend with the grudging tolerance of his wife. Obviously some Hollywood writers are working out some personal issues on the air. :-)
