The Supreme Court told women that if they aren’t getting paid enough, they better say so right away or they won’t get to sue. I should note that there is only one woman on the Supreme Court right now, and Justice Ginsberg was not happy. For one thing it takes time to find out a pattern of discrimination exists. I guess you should start suing after you get your first paycheck. That might make your first performance review a little awkward. Read the rest of this entry »
